Lesson 18: A Thousand Arrows

This project illustrates the combined use of multiple copies of the same sprite to produce a complex result. In this case it uses a sprite with an arrow shape and a simple script, which in combination with many copies of itself produces remarkable results.
Scratch Activity:
Study the scripts (see the main script below) and recreate the program. Reproduce the actions in the tutorial. Experiment with a small group of arrows or sprites (4, 5 or 6.)
Extensions:
Experiment with different shapes of sprites.
Experiment with additional background changes.
Experiment by adding sound effects when the arrows turn.
